offer the following special services for the travel trade

A special 10% discount for all travel trade companies booking
a group of 12 persons or more (daytime tours only).
Discounts are also available on the Hearst Castle Experience
Tour. This tour combines Tour One, the introductory tour
(1 hour and 50 minutes) AND admission to the giant screen
theater to see the specially produced companion film, “Hearst
Castle Building the Dream.” This combination makes
the story of Mr. Hearst and San Simeon a truly memorable
experience!
Reservations booked with a deferred payment option (check
or money order in US Dollars only) must insure that payment
is received by the Reserve America group sales office 14
days prior to the scheduled tour date.
Reservation requests received 1-14 days in advance of the
schedules tour date will require credit card payment.
No special deposit required.
Cancellation fees are waived for travel trade companies
booking groups from the time of reservation until 14 days
prior to the scheduled tour date. After that time there
is a $7.00 cancellation fee and a $3.50 per ticket service
fee.
